Bravo About Face textbook. They mention product behavior and design patterns. I didn't understand the concept product behavior but I finally got it down.

Alfa Steal, steal, steal. Ha, just look at everything you can. There are some great design theories, but in the real world when your pm/client is like no it has to be a certain way it kinda ruins the ideology
