Charlie I think a different sans serif might be more appropriate. It's a little light and hard to read, and seniors usually don't have great eyesight in the first place. The logo feels nice. Though the right arm/hand is almost touching a leaf and its creating a bit of visual tension, in my opinion.

Delta I agree with Charlie. If suggest removing the the smallest leaves and switching the font for a bit more legible and larger variety
